As a yogi who manages chronic depression and anxiety, calming the racing mind is an everyday practice. I offer guided pranayama breath work, visualization exercises using the five koshas, and affirmations to bring you to the present moment.

​With my 200-hour RYT certification, I offer compassionate yoga sequences for all bodies, and breathing practices to settle the body + mind. I currently host weekly virtual yoga/meditation classes for students in various time zones and a weekly outdoor yoga session class at the Jack London Farmers Market in Oakland. My approach to teaching emphasizes inclusivity, stress relief, body awareness and building a sense of community among participants.
