As a yogi who manages chronic depression and anxiety, calming the racing mind is an everyday practice. I offer guided pranayama breath work, visualization exercises using the five koshas (energy layers of the body), and affirmations to bring you to the present moment. Quiet the anxious mind, acknowledge your thoughts and practice letting go of what doesn't serve you.
