Guided meditation

As a yogi who manages chronic depression and anxiety, calming the racing mind is an everyday practice. I offer guided pranayama breath work, visualization exercises using the five koshas, and affirmations to bring you to the present moment.

Yoga at Jack London Farmer's Market

The Jack London Farmer's Market asked me to officially be one of the vendors and teach a donation-based weekly yoga flow on Sundays @ 2 p.m. 

Please join every Sunday on the lawn in front of Scott's Seafood Grill & Bar for an all-levels class, and check out the JLS Farmer's Market before or after (11 am to 4 pm). Bring your mat and anything you like to practice with (blocks, blanket, layers).

if you can, recommended $15 donation. no one will be turned away for lack of funds :)
